This policy explains how refunds are handled for Champions Rise FA program fees, trial fees, and related charges.
1. Trial Sessions
Trial/try-out fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the session has taken place, regardless of the outcome of the assessment.
2. Program Fee Refunds
- Before the program starts: A full refund, minus any non-refundable registration/admin fee, is available if you cancel enrollment before the first scheduled training session.
- After the program starts: Refunds for the unused portion of the term may be considered on a case-by-case basis (e.g. relocation, injury preventing further participation, medical reasons), minus a pro-rated amount for sessions already attended or made available.
- No-shows and missed sessions: We do not refund or credit for sessions missed by the player for reasons unrelated to Academy cancellation (e.g. absence, illness, family travel), except where required by law.
3. Academy-Cancelled Sessions
If the Academy cancels a session (e.g. due to weather, facility issues) and it is not rescheduled, that session's value will be refunded or credited toward future fees, at your choice.
4. Kit and Equipment
Fees paid for kit, jerseys, or equipment are non-refundable once the item has been ordered or issued, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
5. Misconduct or Dismissal
If a player is dismissed from the Academy for serious misconduct (see our Terms and Conditions), fees already paid for completed or in-progress sessions are non-refundable.
6. How to Request a Refund
Send a written request via our Contact page, including the player's name, program enrolled in, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 7 business days.
7. Method and Timing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your enrollment applies to that enrollment.
