Welcome to Champions Rise FA ("the Academy," "we," "us," "our"). By enrolling in our programs, using this website, or attending any Academy activity, you agree to the following terms.
1. Enrollment
- Enrollment is open to boys and girls in the age groups published on our Programs page.
- A parent or legal guardian must complete registration and consent to participation on behalf of any player under 18.
- The Academy reserves the right to accept, defer, or decline enrollment at its discretion (e.g. squad capacity, age-group fit).
2. Fees and Payment
- Program fees, trial fees, and any kit/equipment charges are as communicated at the time of registration.
- Fees must be paid in full (or per any agreed installment plan) before a player is confirmed on a squad.

3. Code of Conduct
- Players, parents, and guardians are expected to show respect toward coaches, staff, other players, and opposing teams at all times.
- The Academy may suspend or dismiss a player for serious misconduct, safety violations, or repeated breach of these terms, without refund of fees already paid for completed sessions.
4. Health, Safety and Liability
- Football is a physical activity carrying an inherent risk of injury. Parents/guardians confirm the player is medically fit to participate.
- Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies at registration.
- The Academy will take reasonable care to ensure player safety but is not liable for injuries sustained during normal participation in training or matches, except where caused by our negligence.
- The Academy may take photographs/videos of sessions and matches for promotional use (website, social media) unless a parent/guardian opts out in writing.
5. Attendance and Schedule
Training days, times, and venues may change due to weather, facility availability, or other circumstances. We will notify families as early as possible.
6. Website Use
Content on this website (text, logos, images) belongs to Champions Rise FA unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without permission. We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee the website is error-free at all times.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
